The cold room is mainly used for the frozen processing and refrigeration of food, medicine, and machinery. It uses artificial refrigeration to keep the room at a certain low temperature. The walls, floors and flat roofs of cold room buildings are covered with heat insulation materials of a certain thickness to reduce heat transfer from outside the cold room. In order to reduce the absorption of solar radiant energy, the surface of the outer wall of the cold room is generally painted in white or light color. Cold room is usually customized. The customer provides the length, width, and height and the temperature to be used, and then the manufacturer will give a set of plans. Our cold room is also customized, and there are 2 sets of standard size cold room for customers to choose from, 10 and 20 cubic meters respectively. The size of 10 cubic meters is 2.5m*2.5m*2m, and the size of 20 cubic meters of cold room is 4m*2.5m*2m. At the same time, the cold room can be equipped with Full DC inverter monoblock refrigeration units produced by our factory. We have 0.75hp, 1hp, 1.5hp, 2hp, 3hp cooling capacity machines for selection.Our DC inverter monoblock refrigeration unit can save at least 30% energy than normal fixed frequency refrigeration units. 1.5hp is suitable for 10 cubic meters of cold room, 3hp is suitable for 20 cubic meters of cold room. The standard size of the door is 0.8m*1.8m. We will choose the thickness of the pu panel for customers according to their using temperature.
