Scope of Application

The ZBW (XWB) series of AC box-type substations combine high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact complete set of power distribution devices, which are used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential quarters, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized Plants, mines, oil fields, and temporary construction sites are used to receive and distribute electrical energy in the power distribution system.

ZBW (XWB) AC box-type substation has the characteristics of strong complete set, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil substations, box-type substations of the same capacity occupy an area Usually only 1/10-1/5 of the conventional substation, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction volume, and reduces the construction cost.In the power distribution system, it can be used in the ring network power distribution system, and can also be used in the dual power supply or radiation terminal power distribution system. ZBW (XWB) series box-type substation meets the standards of SD320-1992 “Box-type substation technical conditions” and GB/T17467-1997 “High-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation”.

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

2. The highest ambient temperature does not exceed +40℃, the lowest is not lower than -25℃, and the average temperature within a 24-hour period does not exceed +35℃.

3. Outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35m/s.

4. Air phase junction temperature does not exceed 90% (+25℃).

5. The horizontal acceleration of the earthquake is not more than 0.4m/s2, and the vertical acceleration is not more than 0.2m/s2.

6. There is no place with fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
