Environmental Conditions

1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃.

2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature: (for example, 90% at +20℃), it should be considered that the temperature may change Accidental impact of condensation.

4. When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane should not exceed 5°.

5. The equipment should be installed in places where there is no severe vibration and impact, and places where electrical components are not corroded.

6. When the user has special requirements, it can be resolved through consultation with the manufacturer.

c. For example, when the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, because the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility, it will generally not cause manufacturing and installation difficulties due to updated electrical components.

d. In order to further improve the stability of the circuit, the bus support of the GGD cabinet adopts a dedicated ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulating support. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength, high flame-retardant PPO composite material, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance, and unique structure. It can be easily combined into a single busbar or double busbar clamp by adjusting the building block. The insulating support is a sleeve-type molded structure with low cost and high strength, which solves the defects of insufficient creepage distance of old products.
